Microsoft says MS Paint will stay on as an optional but here's its new offering

The departure of the classic Microsoft Paint after 32 long years has made way for Paint 3D When news of Microsoft Paint being retired broke, it left its users and tech geeks both distraught. For years, the classic software that comes bundled with Windows has been a go-to software whenever one felt like doodling and drawing while reminiscing the school days. Seeing disappointed MS Paint aficionados, Microsoft has come out with  a statement  on its blog saying MS Paint is not going away. The tech giant said: "In addition to the new 3D capabilities, many of the MS Paint features people know and love like photo editing and 2D creation are in Paint 3D - the new app for creativity, available for free with the Windows 10 Creators update. In the future, we will offer MS Paint in the Windows Store also for free and continue to provide new updates and experiences to Paint 3D so people have the best creative tools all in one place." Google’s Pixel 2 to be shipped with Snapdragon 836: Leaked report

Pixel 2 to pack Snapdragon 836 Google’s upcoming phone Pixel 2 will be the first to boast Snapdragon 836 processor, according to a   leak   by Fudzilla. The hi-end chip is expected to be slightly faster than its predecessor Snapdragon 835. This will be a repeat of last year’s scenario when Pixel and Pixel XL were the first phones to come up with Snapdragon 821 processor – an updated version of Snapdragon 820. Similar to Snapdragon 821, Snapdragon 836 will have a higher clocked speed than its predecessor. Performance-wise the chip is expected to be about 10 percent faster than Snapdragon 835. The new processor will also be more economical in consuming power. Hence, phones equipped with Snapdragon 836 can be expected to have a better battery life. Moneycontrol News The customer whose Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 had allegedly caught fire in Bengaluru has received a replacement from the company. As   reported   by Tech Case, the phone had caught fire while inserting a SIM. A   video   of it exploding and going into flames was shared widely across social media. The video shows a phone, alleged to be a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, catching fire in the hands of a shopkeeper despite not being connected to a charger or any other electrical outlet.
